No, due to the scope of different builds it is impossible to give a predetermined price on any renovations that must be made to bring a building up to code. However, our professionals will give you a list of minimum corrections to bring your building up to code. We will also provide a transparent quote if you choose to have us assist. Lastly, we will assist with gathering the necessary permitting documents and the final submittal to the city.

Absolutely! If our permit application is rejected we will provide the necessary permitting amendments free of charge or provide a full reimbursement on permitting fees.
